Mors Adamas; Diamond of Death 

Another exploration into our fascination with ossuaries, catacombs, reliquaries, and the darker history of adornment. The human skull has been decorated, preserved, and made precious for centuries, carrying ideas of mortality, devotion, memory, and what remains after us.

Mors Adamas takes that imagery and reduces it to something incredibly small. A tiny human skull cast in 14 karat gold, with a kite shaped salt and pepper diamond set into its forehead. Something ephemeral made precious, and something morbid made strangely beautiful.

A one of one piece, due to the price of gold we may never revisit this style.
