Please track your package and make sure to retrieve it as soon as possible.

Orders over $800 to the USA may be subject to customs fees.

Orders to Europe may be subject to customs fees.

We are not responsible for packages being held at customs.

Customers are responsible for the customs clearance fees. If the customer does not pay these fees and decides to return the package to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
